How to create or join a channel

To join or create a channel from the homepage, tap or click "Join a channel" and select Direct Message or Care Channel.

Channels are group message threads used to coordinate care with your team. You can set them up based on services (e.g. speech), settings (e.g. school coordination), broader updates (e.g. all providers), or any way you like. Village's built-in AI also analyzes your team's channel messages to generate smart summaries, so everyone can easily stay up to speed.
