How to upload or delete files (e.g., images, videos, etc.)

Sharing photos, videos, or documents helps celebrate wins, share updates, and keep everyone involved in care. You can upload files in 3 different ways on the platform:

  1. In a Patient’s Workspace

    • Go to your patient’s workspace on web or mobile app

    • Tap or click the Files tab

      • On web: Click “Create New File

      • On mobile: Tap the green “+” icon

    • To delete a file: Select the trash can icon or swipe left on mobile

  2. Within a Goal

    • On mobile app, navigate to the Goals tab in your patient’s workspace

    • Select an existing goal or create a new one

    • Scroll to the Skill Builders section

    • Choose or create a Skill Builder

    • Tap “Upload file” to attach a file

    • To delete a file, tap the trash can icon

  3. In Chat

    • Open Chat and select a conversation or start a new one

      • On web: Click the green “+” button to attach a file

      • On mobile: Tap the camera icon to upload a file

    • To delete a file:

      • On web: Click the three dots () next to the message, then select “Delete

      • On mobile: Press and hold the message, then tap “Delete
