Sharing photos, videos, or documents helps celebrate wins, share updates, and keep everyone involved in care. You can upload files in 3 different ways on the platform:
In a Patient’s Workspace
Go to your patient’s workspace on web or mobile app
Tap or click the Files tab
On web: Click “Create New File”
On mobile: Tap the green “+” icon
To delete a file: Select the trash can icon or swipe left on mobile
Within a Goal
On mobile app, navigate to the Goals tab in your patient’s workspace
Select an existing goal or create a new one
Scroll to the Skill Builders section
Choose or create a Skill Builder
Tap “Upload file” to attach a file
To delete a file, tap the trash can icon
In Chat
Open Chat and select a conversation or start a new one
On web: Click the green “+” button to attach a file
On mobile: Tap the camera icon to upload a file
To delete a file:
On web: Click the three dots (⋮) next to the message, then select “Delete”
On mobile: Press and hold the message, then tap “Delete”
