If you're trying to connect with your existing provider on Village, make sure you have invited them to Village. To do this:
In the web portal: Go to the "Care Team" tab in the left nav and click on the "Add Member" button. Enter their name, email, and role, then click "Add Member" to save.
On Mobile: Go to the "Team" tab and tap the add icon in the bottom right corner. There you'll be able to invite healthcare providers, such as therapists, pediatricians, specialists, and more. Enter their information such as name, email, and relationship to patient. Then, "Send Invite."
If you already invited your existing provider to Village, check that your provider has joined Village and that your email matches what they used for your invite. If you need help, email [email protected].
