Village provider referral program

We love when great providers help us grow our Village! If you know a trusted pediatric therapist or practice that would be a great fit for our network, you can earn a referral bonus when they join.


Overview: What to know before getting started


Our provider referral program is our way of saying thank you for helping us connect more families with high-quality pediatric care.

When you refer an individual therapist who joins the Village network or becomes a subscriber, you’ll receive a $250 bonus. You can earn up to three referral bonuses — that’s up to $750 total! Terms apply.


Who you can refer

We’re currently accepting licensed pediatric providers in the Greater Los Angeles Area, Orange County, and San Diego, and are especially looking for pediatric physical therapists, as well as occupational and speech therapists who share our commitment to child-centered care.

We welcome referrals for:

  • Individual therapists (OTs, PTs, SLPs) who want to accept insurance through Village.

  • Established practices that could benefit from a simpler way to collaborate with families and co-treaters.

To qualify for a referral bonus, referred providers must meet the following criteria:

  • They have not previously been referred to Village.

    • If you refer a provider who has already been referred by someone else, the initial referrer will receive the bonus once that provider joins.

  • They are not already part of the Village network or in contact with our team.

    • If you refer a provider who has already completed our intake or onboarding process, you won’t be eligible for the bonus.

How to refer someone

There are a few easy ways to refer a provider to Village:

  1. Share their information directly with us

    • If you’re a current provider, log in to your Provider Portal and submit their details through the Referral Form.

      • On desktop, click on your profile name located at the bottom left corner. Then, click Referrals and Create New Referral to get started.

      • On mobile, tap on your profile name located at the bottom right corner. Then, tap Referrals and Create New Referral to get started.

    • Fill out their Name, Email, and Why you're referring them before referring them via email.

  2. Share your unique referral link

    • If you’re a current provider, log in to your Provider Portal and submit their details through the Referral Form.

      • On desktop, click on your profile name located at the bottom left corner. Then, click Referrals and Create New Referral to get started.

      • On mobile, tap on your profile name located at the bottom right corner. Then, tap Referrals and Create New Referral to get started.

    • Fill out their Name, Email, and Why you're referring them.

    • Then, select one of the three ways to send your personalized referral URL:

      • SMS Message, and send it to your colleague.

      • Copy link, which you can share manually via email or social media

      • Share, which will allow you to share your link via one of your mobile apps of choice.

When your referral signs up using that link and joins Village within 180 days, you’ll automatically receive credit.

You can also email us at [email protected] with their name, specialty, and contact information.

When you’ll receive your bonus

Referral bonuses are issued after your referred provider:

  • Completes onboarding, and

  • Officially joins the Village network and completes their first session or becomes an active paid subscriber of Village products

Bonuses are typically processed within 30 days of their start date.


Referral limits

You can earn up to three referral bonuses per person (a total of $750).

There’s no limit to how many providers you can refer — just how many bonuses you can earn.


Terms & Eligibility

  • Only current or verified Village providers are eligible for referral bonuses.

  • Referred providers must meet the criteria above.

  • Bonuses may be issued via gift card or direct payment (details shared upon verification).

  • Village reserves the right to update or discontinue the program at any time.
